This boat was purchased new at Buzzard Roost Harbor on Lake Norfork. She has always be kept at Buzzard Roost in a covered slip and is in excellent shape. The slip is available at the time of purchase, from Buzzard Roost. Her twin 454 direct drive engines likely make her the quickest houseboat on the lake. The starboard engine currently has 558 hours, and the port engine has 574 hours. The 9KW Westerbeke generator currently shows 1917 hours and powers the entire boat very well, even with both heating/cooling units and hot water on at the same time. The vessel has two heads, with the aft head having a separate tub/shower and the forward head having a wet head shower. There are two CruiseAire air conditioning/heater units onboard. Xtreme Behavior is professionally detailed twice/month, so the exterior is also in excellent shape.
